Terms of Service

Executive Signal is an AI-powered LinkedIn and executive profile audit tool. It analyses profile text you provide and generates a structured report with scoring, positioning feedback, and rewrite suggestions.

The Service is intended for professional use by adults aged 18 and over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

You do not need to create an account to use the Service. Access to paid features is tied to your session and, where applicable, a payment-verified email address. You are responsible for retaining your magic-link restore URL to recover paid access.

You agree not to:

• Submit profile content belonging to another person without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts or model outputs at scale.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or rate limits.
• Resell or redistribute report outputs as your own product or service without written permission.

Reports are generated by large language models. While we work to ensure accuracy and relevance, AI output can contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that may not apply to your specific situation.

Report content is informational only and does not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or any other regulated advisory service. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any recommendations.

Paid access is processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Because reports are generated immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical failure that prevented report delivery, contact us at sales@valuehuman.ai and we will investigate and make it right.

The Service, its design, prompts, scoring frameworks, and all generated content are the intellectual property of ValueHuman AI or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the profile text you submit. By submitting it you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the sole purpose of generating your report.

Generated reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your report for personal career purposes. Commercial redistribution requires written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Executive Signal and ValueHuman AI are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to career decisions made based on report content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report at issue.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
